Imprint Area

Imprint area specifications for individual items can be found on our website. The maximum imprint areas stated on the website are for one-color silkscreen printing. The size and location of the area may vary depending on the decorating method and artwork or logo you provide. We recommend staying 20% under this area. Unless specified at the time of order, we will enlarge or reduce your image to fit within these areas. The artwork will be enlarged or reduced proportionally in both width and height. Therefore, if you request maximum imprint area, only one dimension may be maximized and guaranteed. Additionally, a full-color imprint may have a smaller imprint area.

Virtual Proof

A virtual proof is an electronic document, usually in PDF format, that we can supply to show how your logo/details would look when branded on a given product. Please note that the virtual proof may not be 100% accurate to the real product. The preproduction proof is the final proof for the project. For rush orders, we will not send out a virtual proof or preproduction proof, even if requested. Orders for which an insufficient amount of time has been given from the order date to the delivery date are considered rush orders.

All information and requirements have to be clarified before the design starts. Additional requirements added during the design process may result in an additional charge.

We can change one designer for free when you're not satisfied with the first draft including 3 revisions.

We only issue a 70% refund after the first draft (3 revisions), 50% after the second draft (3 revisions), and 30% refund after the third draft(3 revisions).  Once the order starts, we are not able to issue a full refund.

Disclaimer Policy:

Due to variances in materials and other circumstances beyond our control, Moonlight Group Inc. cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture, or construction of finished goods from lot to lot. All dimensions have acceptable variations that are dependent on the product's manufacturing tolerances. Moonlight is not responsible for the difference between the real and stated capacity.
